Returns & Exchanges

We get it, not everything works our perfectly. We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return of receiving your order for a Store Credit as we do not refund for change of mind or incorrect sizing.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please file it through our return portalReturn/Exchange portal. If your return is accepted, we’ll instruct the process. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We strictly do not refund for returns if you reject to pay taxes and duties - If you refuse to pay any duty & tax, your package will either be destroyed or sent back to us. Any duties, taxes and customs charges that were incurred on the package on both the original and return shipping, and the shipping fee incurred from both the original and return shipping will be subtracted from your merchandise store credit including your original shipping amount. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


We are not currently offering exchanges - If you would like to order a different size/color, return your items as soon as possible to purchase a different size/ any of our other products using your store credit. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your store credits.
